Workshops

We set up and run groups for people who wish to explore and deepen their relationship with nature.

Business and Team

We design bespoke courses, weekends or days for businesses that wish to develop a greater eco consciousness.

It is well known and now researched that for people suffering from depression, anxiety, stress, or any other form of mental distress, being in nature, taking a walk, climbing a mountain, watching the sea roll in, changes the way we feel and brings about a better sense of self.

Tension is eased, self esteem is raised, and physical & mental health improves.
